We provide the finest motorcycle shipping service available for dealers, clubs, buyers, sellers and events.
To prepare your bike for shipping, keep the gas low. It does not need to be drained dry, but 1/4 tank or less is best.
A detailed condition report will be made to document any existing damage. We look carefully for any small scratches or dents or anything at all. It helps to have the bike super clean. If there is no damage or any scratches or anything to note, we will document the perfect condition of the bike. You will be given a signed copy of the report at the origin.
You can keep the keys with the bike, or not, either way is fine. The steering must stay unlocked so we can position the bike on the lift-gate and the pallet. Saddle bags or luggage is okay to have on the bike. It does not need to be empty. Move extra boxes or extra parts with UPS or FedEX.
Once inside the truck, we strap the bike down to our custom motorcycle pallet. Crating is not necessary. Uncrated motorcycle shipping saves you money, and is much easier too. The driver brings the pallet and tie-downs to use, and he keeps them on the truck after delivery (so you don’t have to dispose of them). The motorcycles are taken back to the high-security warehouse. They are then loaded on the long-distance truck going out-of-state. Your motorcycle is never removed from the pallet. It is fork-lifted to the other truck smoothly and easily.
Pickup and deliveries are made Monday through Friday, normal business hours. You will get a confirmation call the day before pickup, and a day before delivery. You can track your shipment online, or call us to look it up. Our fast load and delivery dates help to get it there quickly. You will be very happy with our professional service.
